After registration, our contact person for the booking will receive a written booking confirmation. For larger events, a deposit of approximately 50% of the expected invoice amount is required at the time of booking. With the booking the customer accepts our general terms and conditions, the cancellation conditions, the photo rights and our privacy policy.
The registration is binding for us - we kindly ask for binding information about the exact number of people at least 10 days before the date, this fixed booked number of participants will be charged. At the barbecue or coffee and cake, the ordered number of guests will be charged in any case.

Our offers are naturally not barrier-free. However, we always try to make it possible for blind or disabled persons as well as wheelchair users to enjoy our trips. In this case, please let us know at the time of booking so we care for the necessary arrangements. A barrier-free WCwas built in 2023.
The access area on the wood rafts to the tables as well as the area under the tables are boarded up with wooden planks and therefor flat. To get on the wood raft, you have to go down the stair from the landing stage to the wood raft.

For larger groups we charge a deposit of about 50% of the expected total amount at the time of booking.  Bus driver and from 20 paying guests the tour guide are of course free, from 40 persons another free place.
The payment of the (remaining) amount is always done by the tour guide for the whole group and can be done in cash on the spot or by invoice and bank transfer. We do not have an ATM and do not accept credit cards.

With the booking for the entire group, the contact person of the group gives permission for the recorded film and photo material produced by Floß & Co or partners to be used for PR purposes free of charge and without objection without further consent from the persons recognisable on it. This does not violate any personal rights of the persons concerned. The photos and videos may be used by Floß & Co free of charge, unlimited in time and space, as well as in all known ways of use, e.g. on the Internet, in press cooperations as well as in the context of further publications of any kind. All rights regarding the production, distribution and publication of all above-mentioned photos and videos are the exclusive property of Floß & Co. No rights of third parties (e.g. of other photographers, picture agencies, etc.) are opposed to this granting of rights and use. If the group should not want this, we kindly request a written notification.

Of course we are happy to provide our guests with the pictures or videos we have taken of them.

Dogs can take part in the trip by arrangement, liability is the responsibility of the dog owner. As it is not always foreseeable how the animals will react to the unfamiliar situation and other passengers, we ask dog owners to take a muzzle and leash with them.

Parking spaces for cars and buses are available at our wood raft landing site.

Arriving by car: please do not park at the marked bus parking area, but use our parking spaces for cars below the road directly at the landing site.

Arrival by bus - important information for the bus driver: Our landing place is located between the B 115 and the Enns river, we have two parking spaces for buses directly on the road. Guests are only allowed to get off on the river side!

We ask you to be on time for the booked programs. In case of late arrival, there is no claim to the full duration of the event.

If the safety of the participants is endangered by bad weather or high water, the organizer is entitled to shorten or cancel the trips at any time. Cancellation due to weather conditions by the organizer is free of charge for the guests and any deposit paid will be returned or used for an alternative date. We can only accept participants who are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If registered participants have to be excluded from the booked event due to alcohol or drug influence, these participants will still be charged. In case of doubt, the wood raft master will decide.

End of April until end of October

In case of cancellation we ask for a written notice of cancellation, in case of cancellation 28 to 3 days before the date we charge 50 %, from the 2nd day 100 % of the total price cancellation.
A reduction of the fixed booked number of participants of max. 10 % will be tolerated, in case of even less participants - unless otherwise agreed in writing - the booked number minus 10 % will be charged. A minimum of 20 participants will be charged, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation due to weather conditions by the organizer is free of charge for the guests, in this case any deposit paid will be refunded or used for an alternative date.
In case of cancellation due to current Covid-19 regulations, no cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of late arrival there is no claim for the full duration of the event.

Participation in all events offered, such as raft trips, raft building workshops or canoe trips is at your own risk. The organiser is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

As all our offers are outdoor events, we ask you to wear adequate clothing suitable for the weather.

The terrace with over 100 m² at a lofty height above the river offers a breathtaking view of the Enns Valley.

In case of less beautiful or very hot weather, the area below the terrace can also be used.

Our terrace is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10am.
From 1 July - 5 September we are open daily from 10am, weather permitting.

You can enjoy a wide variety of regional drinks and farm ice cream here and also eat snacks during the holidays.

We are open every day of the week for groups by appointment.

Canoe rental is also possible outside opening hours by prior arrangement.

The starting point for wood raft trips, canoe trips, workshops etc. is always the wood raft landing site, the "Floßlend".
